ZicPub is an independent publishing home for creators, based in Glasgow, Scotland.
We named it for the spark. Zic is the moment an idea catches: the first line of a story, the clue that suddenly makes sense, the blank page that becomes a picture. Everything we publish starts with one, and our job is to carry it all the way to your hands.
We publish independent authors and illustrators. Some publish under their own name, some under a pen name. ZicPub gives all of them a shared home and what a good publisher brings: careful editing, design made for the people who’ll love the work, and one standard on everything.
That standard is simple. Every book is edited and checked before it goes live, and every book is made for real people to enjoy.
The best books are the ones you settle into. So find a comfortable chair, meet a creator you haven’t met yet, and put the kettle on. It’s reading time!
